Christine Fisher is the Founder of NaviGo Strategies, where she helps organizations build a path to financial sustainability and walk it with confidence. She brings a rare blend of experience across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and mission-driven nonprofits—combining strategic discipline, entrepreneurial agility, and a deep commitment to community impact.
Christine spent over a decade at Procter & Gamble in Finance and Strategy, leading initiatives for iconic brands such as Tide, Charmin, and Bounty. She later co-founded Possip, an education technology company that helps schools and organizations gather and act on community feedback. As COO, she led strategy, operations, and internal functions, growing revenue 20x and scaling the team to 50+ employees. Her leadership spanned Finance, Product Development, Data & Analytics, IT, HR, and Legal, with a strong focus on setting clear goals and driving measurable results.
Her commitment to education and community extends to board service, including Cincinnati Preschool Promise, Beech Acres Parenting Center, and the Cincinnati Public Schools Audit Committee. Most relevantly, she has served on the Board and Finance Committee for School Board School for several years, offering deep insight into its mission and model.
Christine was named one of Cincinnati’s “Forty Under 40” in 2020 by the Cincinnati Business Courier for her contributions to both business and education. She is excited to bring her skills, experience, and passion for educational equity to the role of Interim Executive Director.
