Holly Brinkman holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and VP of Finance for KnowledgeWorks, a national nonprofit organization advancing the future of learning that ensures each student graduates ready for what’s next. In this position, Holly is responsible for designing and implementing KnowledgeWorks’ strategic resource allocation plan, developing policies that support achievement of organizational goals and strategies and guiding the investment strategy. She leads the finance, talent management and operational functions of KnowledgeWorks. operations areas management, technology, legal and Board of Directors management functions. Holly joined KnowledgeWorks in 2002 as the Controller, responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and compliance. Before joining KnowledgeWorks, Holly served as the Vice President and Controller of Student Loan Funding Corporation, a nonprofit corporation organized to increase access to higher education.
